1. How long will it take to receive my order?
For customers within the United Kingdom, our delivery schedule is as follows:
Order Cut-Off Time: 16:00 (GMT)
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping Time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
You can use this link to check the status of your delivery at any time.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour window, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- Original tags are still attached
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is included
Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team to receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Who pays for return shipping?
Return responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If the item you received is incorrect or defective due to our error, we will cover the full return shipping cost and provide return instructions.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Size
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own tracked return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
7. Are there any restocking fees?
No. AuroraPeakGear does not charge any restocking fees on returns.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges for eligible items.
There are no exchange fees. Customers are responsible for returning the original item, and once the return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item free of charge.
