Warranty Policy

AuroraPeakGear provides a limited warranty for outdoor trousers and apparel against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) months from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only when the product is used as intended and cared for according to the provided care instructions.

1) What’s covered

This limited warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Issues that occur under normal use and proper care

If a product does not meet reasonable quality standards due to a manufacturing issue, we will assess the case in accordance with this policy.

2) How to make a claim

Please contact support@aurorapeakgear.com within the two-month period and include:

• Order number or receipt (proof of purchase)
• Product name/size/color
• Description of the issue and clear photos

In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for inspection before confirming the claim.

3) What’s not covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use (including fabric abrasion, pilling, fading, or stretching)
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or snagging
• Issues resulting from incorrect washing, drying, or failure to follow the care label
• Alterations or repairs not authorised by AuroraPeakGear
• Damage caused by external factors beyond our control (such as fire, flood, or similar events)

4) Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, AuroraPeakGear will, at its discretion:

• Repair the item; 
• Replace it with the same or a comparable product; 
• Refund the original purchase price.

5) Limitations

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
• Products must be purchased directly from AuroraPeakGear.com or an authorised sales channel
• Liability is limited strictly to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product
• This policy does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
